Screen East works in partnership with regional education consortia to help establish networks that educate young people through film.
The Media Education Partnership franchises are awarded on an annual basis following a process of competitive bidding and in March 2009, franchises were approved for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Norfolk.
